Jiu-jitsu fluidity
This is a clip of Braulio Estima(super-pimp)playing around with some other jiu-jitsu practitioners after a seminar. He's got a super-sick style and technique!!
But, foremost you will notice his calm, flowy approach to applying his submissions in a more relaxed setting.(rather than a world championship tournament)
